Game 1: France 74 Spain 49

This was not even a contest as the team of Spain was still asleep as France beat them 74-49. With a number of scouts on hand and videos up, France jumped on them from the beginning and never let up. France was led by Joel Smith who had 16 points followed by Mike Dabney who had 12 points in his teams balanced attack. On the losing side DaRon Sims led his team with 12 points.

Another game where in the previous day Germany looked really good, but just could not put it together this morning. Italy came out and played hard and beat Germany 83-52. Italy was led by Tim Giles with 23 points with a plethora of 3s and one 2. On the losing side, the leading scorers were Jeff Webb and Dwight Gordon who each had 12 points.

This game was very competitive and came down to the final minutes as England was able to fend off France and keep the victory 89-80. England was led in the victory by Steve Baker with 16 points and 2 rebounds. He was supported in victory by Albert Abrams and Stanley Honarat with 13 each. Mike Dabney had 19 points for the losing team, France.

Italy won a very close match and stole a victory from Spain for a 75-69 score. Italy came back in second half and was led by Brandon Hickson with 26 points and Neal Edwards who had 14 points 5 rebounds. Brandon and Neal led Italy back from 7 down at the half to win the game for Italy. Sidney Harris was the leading scorer for the losing team with 21 points. Josh Spears had 14 points in the losing effort.

This game was a blowout from the beginning and was not even close as if the players seemed to be on cruise control. Leading the way for the France was Joel Smith with 16 points. Bryant had a great scoring performance in the victory with 21 points. Baker came through with 19 points. On the losing side Spain was led by Daron Sims with 22 points and 9 rebounds.
