Game 1: Team Paris 65 - Team Berlin 43 video

In the first game of the tournament, Team Paris, coached by Reginald J. Bradford, came out and performed in a dominating fashion. They were able to defeat Team Berlin 65-43, led by game MVP LaPhonso Ellis Jr. (191-G-87, college: Greenville) who finished with 14 points, eight rebounds and five assists. Team Paris came out strong from the beginning, starting on a 22-5 run to being the game. They also received contributions from Casey Coons (183-PG-90), who had 12 points on four three-pointers and three assists, Kevin Story (191-G-86), who contributed 10 points and seven rebounds, providing constant energy and Calvin Edwards (190-G-90), who finished with 10 points and five rebounds. Team Berlin, coached by John Spezia (agency: Warren Sports International ), was led by Rashad Allison (185-G-89), who finished with seventeen points and five rebounds. Mitchell Carter (208-C-100, college: Wisc.-Milwaukee) also had eight points and six rebounds for Team Berlin. Both team are still in contention for the championship game.
