Game 1: Warsaw 48 Amsterdam 42
This was a very competitive contest featuring two quality teams.
However Warsaw was too strong in the end and squeaked out a 48-42 win.
This game went down to the final minutes as both teams wanted the win; however one team could only grab the victory.
Antoine Watson (193-F-88) had an outstanding game scoring 15 points and grabbing 5 rebounds. Antoine is a great player with NBA type athleticism. Mike Dean (188-G-82, college: Middle Tenn.St.) of Warsaw had a nice floor game as he chipped in 11 points for the winning team.


Lance Thomas (203-F-88, college: Duke) had a solid performance for Amsterdam as he led his team with 13 points. Dane Rawlins (193-G/F-87) helped out the cause contributing 8 points and 5 rebounds.,

Game 2: Vienna 57 Stockholm 49
Vienna's balanced attack and professional play sepearated them from Stockholm early and they never looked back. Andrew Hayles (196-G-87, college: Alabama St.) was dynamic as he scored 18pts and 3rbs for the winners.
Nate Edwards (182-G-88) chipped in 11 pts, 4 rbs, 1 ast for the winners in support..
Tedrick Hudson (190-G) led Stockholm with 13 pts, 5 rbs in defeat. Big man, Frank Barr (213-F/C-78, college: Lafayette) helped out with 11 pts and 13 rbs.

Game 3: Rome 58 Amsterdam 53
This game was very competitive and came down to the final minutes as Rome was able to fend off Amsterdam and keep the victory 58-53. Rome had a balanced attack in the victory being led by big man, Matt Fogarty (203-F-90) with 13 pts and 5 rebs. Supporting Matt in the victory for Rome was Edward Mintz and Xavier Jones who chipped in 10 pts a piece. Lance James (180-G-88, college: So.Poly State) led Amsterdam with 15 pts, while Dane Rawlins 14 pts and 11 rbs. Also. Ralph Williams chipped in 11 pts in defeat for Amsterdam. We have to recognize Claude Chalk (188-G-84) returned from the hospital to compete well in the contest for Rome.

Game 4: Vienna 74 Warsaw 54
This game was a track meet and Vienna again displayed poise and a balanced attack to beat up on Warsaw and take the victory 74-54. Nate Edwards led all scorers with 19 pts while Andrew Hayles added 17 pts in the victory. Warsaw again, has very much talent, but have not put it all together yet, but again Antoine Watson shined with 17 pts while David Lawson chipped in 10 pts for the losing team.

This game was a close contest and the game went back and forth however, Stockholm was able to pull out the victory with a 53-47 score over Amsterdam. Again, Stockholm displayed a balanced attack as Nate Thomas led all scorers with 17 pts while Johnny Williams chipped in 12, while big man Frank Barr 10 pts and 7 rbs. Amsterdam had a balanced attack as well, but it was not enough as Dane Rawlins led the losing team with 10 pts and 10 rbs.

This game was very competitive, but Rome was too much for Vienna and was able to keep the victory 62-52. Rome had a balanced attack in the victory being led by Claude Chalk, who came back from injury to lead all scorers with 22 pts. Brandon Armstrong and Matt Fogarty chipped in with 12 pts and 11 pts respectively. Only person who stood out mostly for Vienna this game was Andrew Hayles who had 15 pts and 3 rbs.

This game was very competitive and game went back and forth, but Warsaw put it together and was too much for Stockholm down the stretch and was able to keep the victory 72-64. Warsaw was led by David Lawson with 24 pts. Antoine Watson and Gabe Hobbs chipped in with 14 pts and 12 pts respectively. Frank Barr led Stockholm with 18 points and again grabbed a lot of rebounds with 11. Nathan Thomas contributed 14 pts for Stockholm.
