This was a very competitive contest for a chance to advance into the next round of the playoffs, however Dubai was too strong in the end and squeaked out a 68-59 win as Buenos Aires was forced to foul down the stretch.
Jejaun Plair had an outstanding game scoring 21 points and dishing out 3 assists. Marcus Smallwood (198-F-82, agency: Court Side, college: N.Illinois) aided the Dubai effort with 18 points and 5 rebounds. Beunos Aires was led by Vernold Posey with 18 points on the losing side of this battle.

This game was a close contest and the game went back and forth in a rematch contest that Okinawa won yesterday. However, Tokyo was able to pull out the victory with a 61-57 score to advance to the next game. Tokyo displayed a balanced attack as they were led by Akeem Sween with 15 pts, Todavius Williams 12 pts, and Morris Smith with 10 pts. Okinawa was led by Terrance Hill, who had a great game with 23 pts in defeat.

How fitting that the first game of official games ended up a rematch for two playoff teams with one in Mexico City being undefeated. Game was tough and well fought however, Dubai is so hot since yesterday afternoon games and evening that they have not lost a game since then and squeaked out a 67-62 win. Dubai was led by Jejuan Plair, who happens to be just unstoppable at the moment followed by Richard Thomas with 11 pts and Lontrell Jackson with 11 pts. Mexico City was led Brandon OBrien who had 20 points in the teams first loss of the ESL.

Okinawa was led by two big time scoring efforts with Terrance Hill leading the way with 28 pts, 8 rbs and 6 asts to give Okinawa the victory 81-72. Raason Young had 26 pts and 5 rbs to help Okinawa as well. Beunos Aires was led by Chelton Carter with 21 points in a well fought effort, but just could not get the victory.
