The Eurobasket Summer League (ESL) camps will return in 2023 as the top international pro exposure events in the United States. There have been 1,083 ESL Camp Attendees that have gone on to secure professional contracts since 2016, more than doubling, the next closest camp. At the peak of the ESL Camps prior to the start of Covid an average of 260 attendees per year were getting signed. The Eurobasket network spans 197 countries, 421 leagues, over 5,000 teams, and over 300 local correspondents scattered throughout the 6 populated continents in the world.

FIBA Certified Agent and WCL Sports Management President Dustin Simcox will return for his 7th year as Director of the Camp. The 2023 ESL Calendar will start March 31-April 2 in Dallas, Texas for the Women's Final 4 Showcase and 1st regional event for the men. The Women's Final 4 has been the marquee event for women for years and will be the first Final 4 Showcase without any covid restrictions since 2019! Big news for the ladies looking to get the next leg up in their professional careers. The early Dallas event will give the men a 3-month head start on the overseas recruiting market.

The next ESL Camps will take place 2 months after Dallas when the Eurobasket team heads to the East Coast for Atlanta (June 2-4) and New York City (June 9-11) in consecutive weekends. The Atlanta camp has produced 167 pros in the last 4 years alone! In 2020, during the heart of Covid, 61 players from the Atlanta camp signed professional contracts. The New York camp at Rutgers University Newark will return for the first time since 2019 due to the strict COVID-19 policies. 29 players from that 2019 NYC camp went on to sign professionally.

The Eurobasket team then moves on to Chicago (June 23-25) for the 1st time since 2019 (again for Covid policies). The Chicago camps in 2018 and 2019 combined for a 45% sign rate! When looking at the success of other camps around the USA, its hard to find a 20% sign rate of the attendees. 7 players from those Chicago camps signed in the NBA G-League. The Chicago, Atlanta, and Las Vegas camps will also feature video service from top rated basketball videographer Eddie Denard, also known as, Fire Mixtapes.

The ESL Camp Finale of 2023 will come in 2 parts as the basketball world will come together in Las Vegas during NBA Summer League. Las Vegas I will be July 7-9 and Las Vegas II will be July 10-12. These are the most popular events for men as over 100 international scouts from around the world come every year to watch the camps in person. There have been 417 players signed from the Vegas camps in total and the record high 81 signed players from one camp (2019). We are excited for another year of working with players on advancing their careers to higher and higher levels.

Each camp is 3 days. The camp consists of a two hour practice, 3 or 4 games, full film, a highlight tape, full stats, advanced data analytics, insurance requirements, and Eurobasket marketing via Eurobasket.com and our various social media platforms.
