The Women's Eurobasket Portugal Tour Team dropped the last two games at Sanjoanenses and at Barcelos on both club's presentation night. The Sanjoanenses crowd brought a great environment on Saturday night and willed their team to 2nd half victory. Former Eurobasket Summer League player Tessa Zamolyi (183-G/F, college: Moravian) made her professional debut scoring 18 points. 4 Eurobasket players reached double figures in scoring with Kylie Meadows (180-F, college: Bluefield) leading the way with 19 points and 10 rebounds for the double-double. Jada Camacho (173-G-1999, college: NJCU) finished with 15 points while Wil'Lisha Jackson (173-G/F-2000) and Mashya Scott (168-G-2001) each scored 11. Sylwia Harda (189-F-1991) once again hit double-figures in rebounding to lead the team with 11.



Sunday in Barcelos showed a very strong team with the American leadership of Becca Wann-Taylor (180-G-1992, college: Richmond) and Tanesha Sutton (178-G-1995, college: Maine). Taylor nearly had a triple-double in 27 minutes of action scoring 25 points with 17 rebounds and 7 assists. She lead all players for both teams in Pts, Reb, Ast, and Stls (4). Harda was the leading scoring and rebounder for Eurobasket with 14 points and 12 rebounds. Jackson scored 11, Meadows had 9 rebounds, Camacho had 4 assist, and Taylor Dunn led the team with 4 steals. Eurobasket will close its tour on Tuesday night in Porto with a matchup against Vegas Eurobasket Summer League player Kaylee Murphy (185-F) and her CLIP club.
