American guard Taevon Lewis (198-G-2003) was the top scorer of the day in the world with the 31 points he had in the Estonian 1.Liiga. His excellent performance made his team Haljala beat the Haapsalu 73 to 68. He also grabbed 13 rebounds that game. Lewis is the 3rd best scorer in the league averaging almost 18 points and over 8 rebounds per game. He participated in the Eurobasket Summer League in Atlanta 2 years ago. He was awarded Player of the Week in the Estonian 1.Liiga.
